Panjin Bird Watching Society was established in 2012, is an NGO under Liaoning Shuangtai Hekuo National Nature Reserve Management Bureau.

Aims:

To protect wild birds, conserve a better place for home.

Action:

1. Raise awareness of bird conservation to general public and government agencies and private sectors.
2. Cooperate and exchange information with other bird watching societies, academics and related organizations.
3. Build up database for wild birds, and publish survey reports.
4. Support survey and monitoring projects of wild birds.
5. Aid government in bird surveys and conservation work for wild birds and their habitats.
